pigment preparation   Pigment preparation is Mono component concentrate of inorganic and organic pigments in carrier.With our new technology, we have possibilities to produce and disperse the pigment in carrier without Waxes in continues (high speed twin screw extruder) and discontinues (Kneader) technologies as well. We can produce with different percentage of pigments in requested carriers according to our customer's final applications and our standard ranges are as follows. Inorganic preparation: Up to 70% pigment concentration with different colour index pigments in carrier with high heat-stability , light fastness , with semidull and dull shade according to customer's request. Organic preparation: Up to 40% pigment concentration with different colour index pigments in carrier with high heat-stability , light fastness and bright shade according to customer's request. The pigments used in the production of pigment preparations are drawn from different chemical classes and accordingly they do not all have the same heat resistance. Some differences in the fastness properties of the end products must also be expected for the same reason. Commercial forms: A. Granul: produce by high speed twin screw extruders and kneader system. B. Dust free powder: produce by turbo mixers as premix mono concentration. Our annual capacity: A. High speed twin screw extruders: 1500 MT B. Kneader system: 1500 MT C.
