colourimetery has been supported by our macbeth colourimeter model with relative programs for the nearest colourmatchings used in staple fiber-C.F. and B.C.F.
The filterability of pigment preparations and masterbatches have been calculated by special method with filter test extruder with different mesh screen filters, and our LAB is equipped to calculate the different filter values of our pigment preparations and masterbatches for final applications such as fine and coarse denier staple fibers, B.C.F. yarns, C.F. yarns, and etc.
for highest tint strenght which is reduced the end value for our customers ,we are producting the preparations with excellent dispers particles.
As the tint strenght is directly depend on despersability, and our quality of pigment dispersion allows for the use of our products for a wide range of denier values as required by the customer from 1.5 to 20 DIN filament and thin films with the highest Tint strenght.
Testing was conducted by direct conduct of the coloured test sheet with a white plasticised PVC sheet containing 5% titanium dioxide , temperature 80 c, pressure 1 kg/cm2.
